The CFO will oversee a small department focused on credit and lending activities, manage a team responsible for banking operations, and ensure accurate month-end financial close processes. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the organization and requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Credit & Collection staff
• Manage Lending and Banking activity
• Manage and Prepare Financial Statement Analysis
• Manage Month end accounting close
• Approve Journal Entries
• Manage Bank Reconciliations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least 7-8 years of Credit / Accounting experience
• Advanced Excel experience (pivot + vlookups)
• Small Team Management Experience
