Responsibilities

• Preparing and organizing samples for meetings.
• Sending Approval/TOP samples.
• Following up with buyers via email.
• Reviewing purchase orders and creating purchase order summaries, line sheets, and buying maps.
• Preparing internal chain store goods in and out reports for weekly/monthly review.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator.
