About the position

The Champions Preschool Program Teacher at KCE Champions is responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education to children aged six weeks to 12 years. This role involves leading and supervising a team of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards, and fostering positive relationships with families and the community. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure the site operates effectively while maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, and community contacts.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.

Requirements

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Strong desire to make a difference in children's lives.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple situations effectively.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage in physical activity.
