About the position

The Change Agenda and Strategy Project Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the bank's goals for Branch and Small Business Banking. This role requires a strategic thinker who can synthesize complex information and create high-quality materials to facilitate discussions around innovative solutions and continuous improvement. The Project Manager will oversee project teams, manage performance, and ensure successful project completion while engaging with stakeholders to drive change effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop a change agenda that aligns with U.S. Bank's goals for Branch and Small Business Banking.
• Analyze and synthesize complex data and reports to inform decision-making and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare high-quality written materials, including presentations, reports, and internal communications to convey strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to leaders in business management and development functions.
• Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10 or more years of experience in project management activities.
• Two or more years of managerial experience.
