About the position

The Change Agenda and Strategy Project Manager at U.S. Bank plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Branch and Small Business Banking by collaborating with leadership to develop strategic initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker who can synthesize complex information and create high-quality materials to facilitate discussions on innovative solutions and continuous improvement. The role involves managing projects from identification through implementation, ensuring successful completion in alignment with user needs, and providing guidance to leaders in business management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a change agenda that aligns with U.S. Bank's goals for Branch and Small Business Banking.
  • Analyze and synthesize complex data and reports to inform decision-making and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare high-quality written materials, including presentations, reports, and internal communications to convey strategic insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders in business management and development functions.
  • Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities.
  • Two or more years of managerial experience.
