About the position

The Change Agenda and Strategy Project Manager at U.S. Bank plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Branch and Small Business Banking by collaborating with leadership to develop strategic initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker who can synthesize complex information and create high-quality materials to facilitate discussions on innovative solutions and continuous improvement. The role involves managing projects from identification through implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs, and evaluating team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a change agenda that aligns with U.S. Bank's goals for Branch and Small Business Banking.
  • Analyze and synthesize complex data and reports to inform decision-making and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare high-quality written materials, including presentations, reports, and internal communications to convey strategic insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders in business management and development functions.
  • Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities.
  • Two or more years of managerial experience.
