About the position

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a change agenda that aligns with U.S. Bank's goals for Branch and Small Business Banking
  • Analyze and synthesize complex data and reports to inform decision-making and strategic recommendations
  • Prepare high-quality written materials, including presentations, reports, and internal communications to convey strategic insights to stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders in business management and development functions
  • Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
  • Two or more years of managerial experience
