About the position

The position at U.S. Bank involves collaborating with leaders to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of long-term business strategies to support growth and revenue
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and assess internal processes
• Oversee the implementation of strategies and monitor progress
• Support the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials
• Identify and address weaknesses or opportunities in strategies
• Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, including executives
• Conduct strategic research and analyze new markets

Requirements

• Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

• Thorough knowledge of branch banking and small business banking

• Effective presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
