About the position

The position at U.S. Bank involves collaborating with leaders to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation. The role includes managing projects from identification through implementation, ensuring they meet user needs, and evaluating team performance. It offers a hybrid work schedule with an expectation of in-office presence for at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of long-term business strategies to support growth and revenue
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and assess internal processes
  • Oversee the implementation of strategies and monitor progress
  • Support the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials
  • Identify and address weaknesses or opportunities in strategies
  • Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, including executives
  • Conduct strategic research and analyze new markets

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

  • Thorough knowledge of branch banking and small business banking

  • Strong creative, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
