About the position

The Change and Organizational Development Manager at Intellivo is a pivotal role responsible for leading and implementing change management strategies that drive organizational transformation and enhance overall business performance. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to manage change initiatives effectively, improve organizational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The manager will work closely with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure that organizational goals are aligned with culture, employee engagement, internal communications, and team member development. In this role, the Change and Organizational Development Manager will develop comprehensive change management strategies aimed at increasing adoption rates, enhancing employee satisfaction, and improving overall performance. This includes leading internal communication strategies, organizing town halls, and assessing the impact of change initiatives on employees and business processes to ensure smooth transitions. The manager will also be responsible for designing, developing, and executing change management plans that include communication, training, and support activities tailored to the needs of the organization. Additionally, the manager will diagnose organizational challenges and design interventions to improve organizational effectiveness. This involves leading initiatives to enhance team dynamics, leadership development, and employee engagement, as well as designing and implementing organizational structures, processes, and systems that support strategic objectives. The role also includes conducting organizational assessments and developing action plans based on findings, partnering with leadership and HR to assess organizational needs, and recommending appropriate solutions. Training and development are also key components of this role, as the manager will identify corporate training needs related to change initiatives and organizational development, design and deliver training programs, and develop leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of managers and leaders. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management and organizational development initiatives will be crucial, utilizing data and analytics to measure impact and prepare reports for senior management on progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal employee communication strategy and platforms, town halls, and related efforts.
  • Assess the impact of change initiatives on employees and business processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of change management plans, including communication, relevant training, and support activities.
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Diagnose organizational challenges and design interventions to improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other engagement activities to gather feedback and ensure buy-in.

  • Design and deliver training programs that support employee development and change adoption.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of managers and leaders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the impact of change initiatives and adjust as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, change management, or related HR roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in a high growth organizational environment.
  • Proven track record of leading successful organizational development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and change management principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive alignment across various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of organizational development tools and methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certifications in change management, organizational development, or related fields are a plus.
