About the position

The Program Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy to facilitate effective communication for change initiatives and programs within the Transformation Enablement Office (TEO) of Program Phoenix. This role is crucial in ensuring that both internal and external communications are aligned with the company's values and branding, particularly during the implementation of significant business and technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear and cohesive communication strategy for business/technology transformation.
• Define key messages, target audiences, and appropriate communication channels.
• Collaborate with TEO and program leaders to create effective communications.
• Distribute communications to keep employees informed about the transformation program.
• Manage external communication related to change initiatives, including press releases and media statements.
• Ensure all external messaging aligns with the company's values and branding.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans for change initiatives.
• Handle sensitive matters with transparency and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, change management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in professional environments.
• Proven experience in communications or change management.
• Experience leading change management efforts for large-scale transformations is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to handle complex communication situations with diplomacy and discretion.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's in Business Administration or related field with a focus on communications or change management.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
