About the position

The Change Control Manager will maintain the company's change control process and coordinate with various teams to ensure that changes are effectively communicated and implemented. This role involves applying structured methodologies to lead change management activities, supporting communication efforts, assessing change impacts, and providing training support to facilitate employee adaptation to changes.

Responsibilities

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Support communication efforts by designing, developing, delivering, and managing key internal and external communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Create and utilize metrics to make data-driven decisions on the success of the change management process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field, or a master's degree with 4 years' experience, or a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 10 years' experience in a related field.
  • Previous Change Control Administrator experience.
  • Experience as the point person for all change control related issues within IT.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Experience completing change management assessments.
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.

  • Experience in consulting and coaching technical teams.
  • Ability to create actionable deliverables for core change management plans.
  • Experience in supporting and engaging senior leaders.
  • Experience in coaching people managers and supervisors.
  • Ability to audit, track, and report gaps and issues.
