About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant to join the Receivables Manager Onboarding team within Global Treasury Management. This role focuses on coordinating customer implementations, developing business requirements, and providing subject matter expertise to ensure successful project execution. The consultant will manage project plans, communicate with stakeholders, and proactively resolve issues to meet established timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the phases of customer implementations
• Developing business requirements
• Providing subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
• Creating/managing project plans
• Working with key partners on project priority and scope
• Coordinating appropriate meetings
• Communicating status to project team and the customer
• Proactively identifying and resolving problems/issues
• Ensuring that project tasks are completed according to established timelines

Requirements

• 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
• 2+ years of treasury services experience
• 2+ years of financial services experience
• Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Technical background or experience with complex application
