About the position

As the Change Initiative Operations Manager at CEVA Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing site operations to ensure exceptional service delivery, profitability, and cost efficiency. Your responsibilities will include implementing lean strategies across all functions of the operation, analyzing and improving operational processes, and driving lean initiatives in collaboration with operational teams. You will coach employees on lean manufacturing techniques and develop and manage comprehensive lean training programs. Additionally, you will coordinate with senior management to develop new systems that enhance operational efficiency and monitor key performance indicators related to quality, cost, and delivery. Your role will also involve conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues and leading various projects to drive continuous improvement. In this position, you will be expected to leverage your proven experience as a lean leader, ideally with 3-5 years in supply chain operations. A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, as is experience with statistical analysis and process improvement tools. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is necessary, and Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. Requirements
