About the position

The CTO Change Director will manage a centralized team of change experts and lead the change strategy for the CTO Hyperautomation & AI (HAI) team. This role focuses on driving business impact through effective change management for CTO-owned technologies and initiatives, particularly in the adoption of GenAI and automation across the company. The Change Director will be a key member of both the HAI Leadership Team and the CTO Office Leadership team, utilizing communication tools to facilitate change.

Responsibilities

• Manage a highly qualified and effective team of change managers across multiple Technology Centers.
• Provide a centralized tiered change service to all CTO initiatives and product teams.
• Advocate for the use of GenAI in the creation of change deliverables.
• Establish success criteria for the change team in partnership with senior stakeholders.
• Upskill CTO employees on change management using the Prosci ADKAR methodology.
• Lead the execution of a change management strategy for HAI initiatives.
• Design, develop, and manage communications for HAI team aligned with change goals.
• Create actionable change management deliverables for HAI initiatives using Prosci ADKAR methodology.
• Collaborate with other key areas to align on GenAI strategies.

Requirements

• 12 years of overall professional experience in Change Management and/or Communications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in managing a team of professionals across multiple geographies.
• Proven experience in leading and managing significant change initiatives.
• Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent active listening skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Enthusiasm and curiosity about applying GenAI to change management.
