About the position
The Change Management Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and executing change initiatives to facilitate a successful transition to the target state. This position involves creating metrics to measure the effectiveness of the transition and determining necessary actions to ensure success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change initiatives to enable successful transitions.
- Create metrics to measure transition effectiveness and determine appropriate actions.
- Develop change management and training work products, including job aids, user guides, and training guides.
Requirements
- Experience working on an Organizational Change Management team for diverse client and stakeholder groups implementing data strategies, data governance, and analytics programs.
- Experience developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
- Experience developing change management and training work products.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with DOD or Air Force clients.
