About the position

Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. is seeking a Director of Change Management to lead and manage complex change initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in guiding Enterprise through periods of transition, particularly during the implementation of organization-wide change or transformation initiatives. The Director will be responsible for delivering business change management activities that ensure desired business outcomes are achieved and that relevant stakeholders are prepared for the change. This includes managing the development of business and customer impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, business transition plans, business readiness, and communication plans. The Director will also liaise with support functions such as HR and corporate communications to support overall project initiatives, oversee the definition of training needs, and lead company training initiatives. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading and managing complex change initiatives within a large-scale matrix and decentralized organization. They will provide holistic leadership, promote a positive culture, and ensure an environment of collaboration, inclusivity, and respect in alignment with the company's behaviors and cultural principles. The Director will develop and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) change management strategy, lead a Change Management Center of Excellence, and maintain a community of organizational change readiness advocates across ESS to provide sustainable services. They will also create training programs to support change management capability development and provide consulting and oversight to ensure organizational change is effectively managed. In addition, the Director will identify and assess the scope of change initiatives, monitor and evaluate the progress and success of the ESS portfolio of change management initiatives, and develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful change initiatives. They will attract, develop, and retain high-performing, diverse talent, facilitate workshops and meetings to identify, plan, and implement change initiatives, and prepare reports and presentations to communicate change management activities and results. The role requires a strategic mindset to identify and assess potential risks associated with change management initiatives and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience leading organizational change readiness efforts.
  • Expert-level understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Experience with large-scale matrix and decentralized organizational change readiness efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and experience.
