About the position

The Change Management Engineer at CDO Technologies Inc. is responsible for implementing best practices in change management to minimize risks associated with changes to the network environment. This role involves documenting all work and changes to configurations, collaborating with external service entities, and supporting greater Air Force IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Document all work and changes to configurations in appropriate systems.
• Implement a framework of best practices for change management.
• Collaborate with external service entities such as the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) and ANG Operations Directorate.
• Support stakeholders for greater Air Force IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of related professional IT experience.
• CompTia Security+ certification required.
• Graduation from an ITIL foundations course and active ITIL Certificate or ability to earn it within 90 days of hire.
• Active, FINAL SECRET security clearance required.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of Change Management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the Remedy ticketing system is a plus.
• Graduation from an ITIL foundations course and holding an active ITIL Certificate is preferred.
