About the position

The Change Management Engineer at CDO Technologies Inc. is a pivotal role that involves the documentation of all work and changes to configurations in appropriate systems. This position requires collaboration with various higher-level external service entities, including the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) and the ANG Operations Directorate, as well as stakeholders involved in broader Air Force IT initiatives. They will be required to have completed an ITIL foundations course and hold an active ITIL Certificate or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Additionally, an active, FINAL SECRET security clearance is mandatory for this position, reflecting the sensitive nature of the work involved.

Responsibilities

  • Document all work and changes to configurations in appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate with higher-level external service entities such as AFLCMC and ANG Operations Directorate.
  • Engage with stakeholders for greater Air Force IT initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices in change management processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of changes and their impacts on systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related professional IT experience.
  • Graduated from an ITIL foundations course and hold an active ITIL Certificate or earn one within 90 days of hire.
  • Active, FINAL SECRET security clearance is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of Change Management experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Remedy ticketing system is a plus.
