About the position

The Change Management Lead (Training Manager II) is responsible for overseeing change management initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders to assess current and future state processes, and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes. This role involves developing training and communication materials, managing project work streams, and conducting impact analyses to facilitate smooth transitions during digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business owners, process SMEs, and stakeholders to review current and proposed future state processes and systems.
  • Lead and document change impacts by conducting impact analyses and other change management assessments.
  • Develop training materials for instructor-led sessions and self-paced offerings.
  • Create communication materials to ensure adoption of new processes and technology solutions for stakeholders.
  • Project manage work streams, including weekly status reports, risk and dependency management, and planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program/change management and/or training content development and delivery.
  • Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including process improvement and technical documentation.
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects.
  • Experience with multi-release projects following Agile methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in CRM implementations such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of B2B business processes like account planning, lead management, and campaign management.
  • Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) or other designation.
  • Proficiency with iWork Tools - Keynote, Numbers, Pages.
  • Experience working with sales teams in US Education or Government markets.
