As a Change Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational change initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, plans, and activities to ensure successful adoption of changes across the organization. This role requires exceptional communication, project management, leadership, and influencing skills to guide the business through complex transitions and enable achievement of change initiative desired outcomes.
