About the position

As a Change Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational change initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, plans, and activities to ensure successful adoption of changes across the organization. This role requires exceptional communication, project management, leadership, and influencing skills to guide the business through complex transitions and enable achievement of change initiative desired outcomes. The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop change management tools and resources for sector-wide use.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise on change initiatives.
  • Create detailed change plans with activities, timelines, and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impact, create clear communication materials, and build networks for information sharing and engagement.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Develop and execute strategies to support change adoption.
  • Create tailored training products and resources to support change adoption.
  • Coach managers to lead teams through change effectively.
  • Establish metrics and measurement plans to assess change success.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company.
  • Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of related experience.
  • Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of related experience.
  • Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education.
  • Excellent understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a variety of stakeholder groups at one time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact on organizational culture and performance.
  • Customer service orientation and commitment to quality.

Nice-to-haves

  • BS degrees in business administration, change leadership/management, organization development, or a related field. Master's preferred.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • Training and communication product development experience in connection with change efforts; competency in e-learning and video development, and publishing software (Articulate, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond, Microsoft Publisher, etc.).
