About the position

The Change Management Manager at HCA Healthcare is responsible for executing the Change Management strategy for iterative product development within the Care Transformation & Innovation (CT&I) department. This role focuses on developing strategies for people adoption and delivering interventions to enhance healthcare delivery. The manager will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leaders to enable agile testing and prepare for the enterprise-wide deployment of CT&I products, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CT&I team, leaders, and innovation locations to understand the challenges in driving change for iterative products.
  • Build and test solutions with interdisciplinary teams to inform the execution of large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Define and execute product-centric change management strategies to achieve CT&I transformation objectives.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Change Readiness Assessments for care model initiatives.
  • Monitor metrics measuring the impact of agile change interventions.
  • Ensure utilization of adoption and training programs for technology implementations and clinical innovations.
  • Implement targeted approaches to manage change leadership and workforce transition.
  • Execute culture and engagement strategies.
  • Manage concerns across key stakeholder groups to build tailored Change Management solutions.
  • Navigate the HCA network to implement a cohesive Change Strategy.
  • Report and escalate issues and risks to the Change Management lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare and/or product-centric change management preferred.
  • Certification in Change Management: Generalist preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of previous Organizational Change Management leadership experience required.
  • Fluent in current Change Management trends, including human-centered and iterative methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving expertise in healthcare environments.
  • Comfort utilizing technology, including AI, to solve problems and complete tasks.
  • Ability to build, develop, and sustain relationships.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
