About the position

The Change Management Manager at HCA Healthcare is responsible for executing the Change Management strategy for iterative product development within the Care Transformation & Innovation (CT&I) department. This role focuses on developing people adoption strategies and delivering interventions to enhance healthcare delivery. The manager will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leaders to enable agile testing and development, preparing implementation teams for the enterprise-wide deployment of CT&I products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CT&I team, leaders, and innovation locations to understand issues and challenges in driving change for iterative products.
  • Build and test solutions with interdisciplinary teams to inform the execution of large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Define and execute product-centric change management strategy to achieve CT&I transformation objectives.
  • Execute Change Impact Assessment and Change Readiness Assessment frameworks for care model and care delivery initiatives.
  • Monitor metrics measuring the impact of agile change interventions in driving successful change.
  • Ensure utilization of adoption/training programs for technology implementations and clinical innovation initiatives.
  • Implement targeted and agile approaches to manage change leadership and workforce transition.
  • Execute on culture and engagement strategies.
  • Manage concerns and perspectives across key stakeholder groups to build tailored Change Management solutions.
  • Navigate the HCA network across stakeholder groups and functional areas to implement a cohesive, iterative Change Strategy.
  • Report and escalate issues and risks to the Change Management lead as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare and/or product-centric change management preferred.
  • Certification in Change Management: Generalist preferred.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of previous Organizational Change Management leadership experience required.
  • Fluent and current on Change Management trends, including human-centered and iterative methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in an innovation/start-up environment or complex project experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving expertise in healthcare environments.
  • Comfort utilizing technology, including AI, to solve problems.
