About the position

As a CBRE Change Management Manager, you will lead a team focused on managing the progress and risks associated with small to medium-sized clients. This role is integral to the Change Management function, which aims to prepare and support employees and teams through organizational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees.
  • Monitor the training and development of staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
  • Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Set and track staff and department deadlines.
  • Mentor and coach as needed.
  • Adopt corporate strategies, structures, procedures, and technologies.
  • Apply change management approaches and techniques to support initiatives.
  • Implement new processes, products, and business strategies while minimizing negative outcomes.
  • Oversee projects and programs requiring change management strategy and plans.
  • Assess the change occurring across a project and create a portfolio dashboard.
  • Plan change management activities.
  • Map change across a segment and region and identify interdependencies across the project.
  • Translate project information and data into visuals that support project initiatives and business objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
  • Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own subject area integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Change Management qualification preferred (PROSCI).
  • Ability to be in the Atlanta office a minimum of 3 days a week.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
