About the position

The Manager, Change Management is responsible for leading and managing change initiatives across the organization. This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and implementation of business processes, systems, and technologies. The Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to minimize resistance, maximize employee engagement, and ensure that change initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans at the project level that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Engage with senior leaders and key stakeholders to secure support and resources for change initiatives.
  • Track and report issues on each project, develop and adjust change management activities as needed.
  • Lead the execution of change management plans, including conducting change impact assessments and managing change risks.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
  • Assess organizational readiness for change and develop plans to increase readiness as needed.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Create and distribute change management communications, including newsletters, emails, and presentations.
  • Establish a resource plan for trainers and oversee the schedule and coordination of training activities.
  • Assess training needs related to change initiatives and develop appropriate training programs.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on change progress and outcomes.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by integrating feedback and lessons learned into future change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in organizational development, change management, project management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in change management roles, with a track record of successfully leading change initiatives.
  • Change Management Certification (such as Prosci, ACMP) is required.
  • PMP - Project Management Professional - Preferred.
  • Agile Certification - Preferred.
  • Experience with Change Management and Project Management tools and software (Jira, Workfront, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP, Salesforce, or Digital Projects - Preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish & Portuguese language skills - Preferred, not required.
