About the position

The Change Management Manager at Corning will oversee Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for an ERP transformation project, focusing on the integration of new capabilities into the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that employees adapt to changes in the ERP system effectively, driving adoption and proficiency through strategic planning and execution of change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement change management activities for ERP SAP/S4 Hana deployments.
• Integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Create actionable deliverables for key change management levers: Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Training.
• Identify and manage stakeholders and sponsors for deployment, assessing change impact.
• Conduct OCM focused workshops and early engagement activities.
• Support and engage senior leaders in the change effort.
• Track and report change management adoption and successes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management related to ERP implementation.
• SAP S4/Hana or PS functional knowledge.
• Experience executing OCM communications, training, and change management activities for ERP implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management approaches and tools.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus.
• Experience with Prosci Process and ADKAR.
• Content creation using Enable Now, Adobe Suite or Intarsia.
