About the position

The Change Management Manager at Accentvision Technology Inc. is responsible for leading and managing change management activities within a large-scale department transition and transformation project. Responsibilities

• Leading and managing change management activities
• Integrating change and user adoption initiatives for a large-scale department transition and transformation project
• Assessing potential change impacts
• Developing change management plans
• Identifying and analyzing key stakeholders
• Tailoring communication to agency stakeholders
• Conducting training and risk management
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure coordination and feedback collection

Requirements

• 6 years of overall experience in IT operations with solid change management knowledge
• 5 years of proven experience in change management, preferably within large-scale transformation projects
• 4 years of strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience in change management based on ITIL principles and practices
• Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or CMAP) or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results
• Demonstrated sense of accountability and follow-through
