You will monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders to keep them informed of developments. Additionally, you will conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the organization continuously learns and adapts from its experiences. Requirements

• Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.

Nice-to-haves

• Prosci Change Management certification familiarity or experience implementing change management plans.
