Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 0-2 years of experience.
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience OR related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prosci Change Management certification familiarity or experience implementing change management plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
