About the position

As a Change Management Practitioner at Endeavor Health, you will lead the design, execution, and evolution of transformational change strategies that support large-scale initiatives. Your role is crucial in fostering enthusiasm and commitment among teams as they navigate significant changes in culture, technology, and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Provide change management support for projects with robust change needs using frameworks and resources from the Change Management Center of Excellence.
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize team member adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Identify stakeholders, change impacts, and necessary change tactics, including resistance mitigation strategies.
  • Align change management activities with overall project timelines.
  • Understand the impact of changes on team members affected by the project.
  • Coach project sponsors, people managers, and project managers in change management practices and comprehensive change plans.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team and leadership to develop change, communication, and training strategies.
  • Deliver change management training on frameworks, tools, and strategies, including resistance management and recognition.
  • Provide project-level support for projects with significant change needs.
  • Support the Change Champion network and institutional knowledge building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Change Management Practitioner certification from a recognized organization; PMP certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in change management, particularly with large-scale change efforts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building stakeholder registers and conducting change impact assessments.
  • Ability to coach executives and project managers on change management skills and resistance mitigation.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies, such as Prosci/ADKAR.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering change management strategies for large transformations.
  • Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
