About the position

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and navigate organizational dynamics.
  • Proficiency in change management software and tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
