About the position

The Change Management Project Manager at TEKsystems is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Change Management plan using the PROSCI methodology. This role involves customizing strategies based on the impact of changes, managing daily activities related to change management, and ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance change adoption and monitor the progress of landing efforts and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Change Management plan using standard PROSCI processes and templates.
  • Customize Change Management strategies based on change impact and audience.
  • Conduct complete PROSCI assessments to understand role/field impact and size change management efforts.
  • Manage daily landing activities, including documenting change management procedures and stakeholder management.
  • Work closely with the CoS Lead to maintain overall landing plans and adoption metrics.
  • Collaborate with the CSS team to establish frameworks and standards for change management.
  • Identify business readiness and manage scheduling conflicts with stakeholders and landing SMEs.
  • Alert leadership of potential high risk/impact changes.
  • Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to drive landing activities aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Monitor and report the status of landing efforts and adoption metrics.
  • Foster understanding among stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of changes through communication and governance.
  • Advocate for the field and customers to drive solutions aligned with business priorities.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence change.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to anticipate changes affecting key programs and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering cross-functional programs and influencing without direct authority.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
