About the position

In this remote position, you will be responsible for performing both quantitative and qualitative assessments, including stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, to support the development of data-driven change strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholder groups to ensure that change management strategies are effectively executed, ultimately driving the return on investment (ROI) of various initiatives. You will work closely with program and technical teams to ensure that your efforts are integrated with broader program plans, facilitating a cohesive approach to change management. Additionally, you will develop and manage leadership alignment plans aimed at securing buy-in for changes from key stakeholders. This will require close collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership to create consistent messaging and content that resonates with all involved parties. You will also be tasked with planning, developing, and executing communications and creative engagement activities in partnership with leadership and change networks. These efforts will be crucial in driving understanding and acceptance of transformational changes within the organization. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process, ultimately contributing to the success of the initiatives undertaken by the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for key stakeholder groups.

  • Collaborate across program and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans.

  • Plan, develop, and work with leadership and change networks to deliver communications and creative engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5-10 years experience in a similar field.
