About the position

The Change Management Specialist at Rangam Consultants Inc. is responsible for driving organizational transformation within Supply Chain operations. This role focuses on developing and executing change management strategies, managing change initiatives, and ensuring the successful adoption of organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support transformation initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and resistance to change.
• Create and deliver effective communication materials to engage and inform stakeholders.
• Monitor change progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and coordinate change activities.
• Measure change effectiveness through data analysis and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in change management or related roles with a proven track record in implementing organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and drive decisions.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
