About the position

The Change Management Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the digital transformation initiatives of a leading biopharmaceutical company. This position involves developing and executing change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of IT changes, particularly in the areas of Information, Security, and Risk Management. The specialist will work collaboratively with change leadership and various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication and stakeholder management plans.
• Write and edit content for various communication materials.
• Conduct interviews with project stakeholders to gather insights.
• Monitor and analyze adoption and communication effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Organization Development or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing effective change and communication strategies.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
• Proficiency in using various communication tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
