About the position

The Procurement Change Management Sr. Manager at PepsiCo is a pivotal role focused on driving organizational change and transformation within the procurement function. This position is responsible for shaping the operating model, assessing change impacts, and engaging stakeholders to promote the adoption of new initiatives. The role involves developing and executing change management strategies that enhance productivity and support sustainable growth through collaboration with various teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global program leadership and market teams to shape Change Management program strategy.
  • Develop and execute detailed change management plans for Procurement operating model changes and transformation programs.
  • Identify and assess complexity, readiness, change integration/interdependency opportunities, and risks.
  • Map key leadership stakeholders across functions and sectors and steer program-level engagements to mitigate adoption risks.
  • Drive program-specific high-level change impact workshops to identify key impacts and potential change risks.
  • Shape program-level key communications such as 'case for change' and change narratives to inspire and embed long-lasting change.
  • Develop a training strategy and plan that aligns with program and market needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and training requirements.
  • Implement a holistic measurement strategy to measure cultural and talent readiness, employee adoption, and effectiveness of change planning.
  • Identify and partner with local change networks to support roll-out and sustainment of Market Transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of in-depth experience in Change Management, Large-scale global Transformations, Organizational Development, and Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Experience in Project Management related to project planning, delivery, and sustainment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification.
  • Track record of successfully embedding change for large, strategic, global initiatives.
  • Experience applying change tools and methods to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver custom solutions.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communication.
  • Ability to work within ambiguous, fluid cross-functional environments.
