About the position

The Change Management Strategy Manager at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits will play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives within the organization. This position focuses on designing and executing strategic change management approaches to ensure smooth adoption of changes across all levels of the company. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted change management plans and effective communication strategies that align with broader business objectives, ultimately fostering user adoption and leadership engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategies to support SGWS cross-functional initiatives and projects related to change management and messaging.
• Collaborate with the OCM team to ensure alignment and effective communication while developing supportive collateral for Leadership Engagement and end-user adoption.
• Ensure all content is in sync with change initiative purpose and progress, including risk mitigation content as needed.
• Manage script and ghostwriting for communications.
• Accountable for written stakeholder communications and own text content on OCM.
• Track and provide written content for all communication channels, including emails and other platforms.
• Administer and track email campaigns related to change initiatives.
• Manage meetings, including notes, invites, agendas, purposes, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of successful communications experience with a proven track record of success with different target audiences (executives to end users).
• Bachelor's degree or higher education from an accredited university is preferred; High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• High degree of proficiency with MS PowerPoint.
