About the position

The Change Manager will play a crucial role in managing organizational change within the public sector, utilizing the ADKAR change management model. This position focuses on stakeholder management, program analysis, and the development of actionable change plans to ensure successful implementation of strategic changes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with workstream leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify and manage stakeholder impacts.
• Outline a structured approach to address people and organizational risks in Project tHRive.
• Assist in the planning and development of strategic organizational and business changes.
• Provide analysis and program development, including templates and tools for DPM's strategic change goals.
• Supervise, coordinate, and document methodologies used in the change process to improve DPM business processes.
• Support communication needs and provide training as necessary.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business process consulting, program analysis, and development.
• Experience with the ADKAR change management model.
• Proven experience in stakeholder analysis and documenting change management processes.
• Experience working in the public sector is preferred.
