About the position

The Change Manager at Kforce Inc. is responsible for overseeing the implementation and effectiveness of the change management process within the organization. This role involves assessing the impact and risks of proposed changes, coordinating change planning, and managing large-scale application changes while ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation, integration, effectiveness, and adherence to the change management process.
  • Assess the impact, cost benefit, and risk of proposed changes.
  • Coordinate the change planning and implementation process.
  • Manage implementation of end-to-end large scale application changes.
  • Maintain continuous communications with stakeholders, IT, and business teams.
  • Consult on large scale and complex change management programs across the organization.
  • Integrate change management processes with other service management functions.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of the change team, ensuring high levels of system/service availability.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
