About the position

The Change Manager Coordinator position is a long-term contract role with the potential for full-time employment at a well-established global company. This role is integral to the implementation stages of Change Management within the organization, providing an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team. The successful candidate will support the Enterprise Change Management Program, working closely with Organizational Change Managers to facilitate key methodologies that drive successful change initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting Change Managers and Project Managers in the development and execution of Communication and Training Strategies. This involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert in training strategies and material creation, ensuring that all training materials are aligned with the overall change management objectives. You will also facilitate Change Impact and Risk Assessments, collaborating with project leadership to identify potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will be tasked with creating and disseminating communication materials to key stakeholders. Your organizational and communication skills will be essential in ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the change process. The position requires on-site presence three days a week in Houston, allowing for direct collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Enterprise Change Management Program.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in training strategies and material creation.
  • Facilitate Change Impact and Risk Assessments with project leadership.
  • Communicate to key stakeholders and create Communication and Training materials.
  • Assist Change Managers and Project Managers in the completion of Communication and Training Strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience working on Project Teams or participation in large-scale projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with ADKAR and/or Prosci methodology preferred.
