About the position

The Change Manager Coordinator position is a long-term contract role with the potential for full-time employment at a well-established global company. This role is integral to the implementation stages of Change Management within the organization, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant enterprise initiative. As a Change Coordinator, you will be part of a growing team responsible for supporting the Enterprise Change Management Program. Your primary focus will be on assisting Organizational Change Managers by facilitating key methodologies that drive successful change initiatives. In this position, you will work closely with Change Managers and Project Managers to develop and execute Communication and Training Strategies that are essential for the smooth transition of projects. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert in training strategies and material creation, ensuring that all training materials are aligned with the change management objectives. Your role will also involve conducting Change Impact and Risk Assessments in collaboration with project leadership, which is crucial for identifying potential challenges and mitigating risks associated with change initiatives. Effective communication is a key component of this role, as you will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and creating comprehensive Communication and Training materials. This position requires a strong background in project management and change management methodologies, particularly familiarity with ADKAR and/or Prosci methodologies, which are preferred for this role. The position is based in Allentown and requires on-site presence three days a week, allowing for collaborative efforts with the team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Enterprise Change Management Program by assisting Organizational Change Managers.

Requirements

  • Experience working on Project Teams or participation in large-scale projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ADKAR and/or Prosci methodology is preferred.
