About the position

The Change Management Lead at Rockwell Automation will play a crucial role in enabling the company's Enterprise Transformation towards an outcome-based and data-driven organization. This position focuses on implementing effective change management strategies to ensure organizational readiness for the Demand to Renew (D2R) initiative, which aims to create a seamless end-to-end customer lifecycle. The role involves maximizing employee adoption and minimizing resistance within Global Commercial Operations, while collaborating with various teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Demand to Renew Program in developing and managing Enterprise Transformation change management activities and tactics.
  • Lead Success Enablement for the Adopt to Value initiative, ensuring Commercial Operations audiences are aligned and equipped to implement new ways of working effectively, maximizing program benefits.
  • Conduct impact analysis for new ways of working and develop persona profile slides.
  • Develop a communication plan based on release milestones.
  • Develop supporting communication materials as outlined in the Communication Plan.
  • Capture feedback post go-live and recommend next steps for iteration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Typically requires 8+ years' work experience in change management, organizational design, business impact measurement, customer success, sales enablement, or product marketing.
  • Certifications (PMP, CPTM, CIT) are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Atlassian suite is a plus.
  • Prior experience with agile and other program & portfolio management methodologies is a plus.
  • Product marketing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams and partner with colleagues in both business and technical roles.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills.
