About the position

The Change Manager for Demand to Renew at Rockwell Automation is responsible for leading change management strategies to support the company's Enterprise Transformation initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring organizational readiness and maximizing employee adoption of new processes and technologies related to the Demand to Renew initiative, which aims to create a seamless customer lifecycle experience. The Change Manager will collaborate with various teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and drive engagement and adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Demand to Renew Program in developing and managing Enterprise Transformation change management activities and tactics.
  • Lead Success Enablement for the Adopt to Value initiative, ensuring Commercial Operations audiences are aligned and equipped to implement new ways of working effectively, maximizing program benefits.
  • Conduct impact analysis for new ways of working and develop persona profile slides.
  • Develop a communication plan based on release milestones.
  • Develop supporting communication materials as outlined in the Communication Plan.
  • Capture feedback post go-live and recommend next steps for iteration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Typically requires 8+ years' work experience in change management, organizational design, business impact measurement, customer success, sales enablement, or product marketing
  • Certifications (PMP, CPTM, CIT) are advantageous.
