To deliver on this reputation for trust, the Escalation Management & Prevention Team (EMP), part of Selling Partner Support (SPS), is tasked with identifying and preventing abuse for our customers and brand owners worldwide. The Selling Partner Support team designs and implements policies, tools, and technology innovations to protect customers. Our team is looking for a Manager, Change Management that is business-minded, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented. This position will report to the worldwide EMP leader of Strategy, Planning, and Learning. It is a highly influential role that will serve as a role model for EMP's mission, values, and cultural norms. They will work with many business leaders across EMP and SPS to develop an overarching change framework and process that the organization can adopt globally to assist with all future change initiatives. They will have a positive attitude that helps them thrive in an intellectually curious, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
