About the position
The Change Manager - SAP S4 HANA will lead and support a complex SAP S4 HANA-driven transformation initiative, ensuring successful adoption across the organization. This role requires applying proven change management methodologies and engaging stakeholders effectively to manage large-scale change programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the SAP S4 HANA transformation initiative.
- Apply change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of SAP S4 HANA.
- Engage stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the change process.
- Conduct Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Assessments.
- Develop and deliver change communications and training programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leading change management efforts for large-scale SAP S4 HANA implementations or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology and its application in SAP transformation projects.
- Expertise in change management processes including Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Change Communications, Process Adoption, and Training Development.
