About the position

The Change Manager will lead and support a complex SAP S4 HANA-driven transformation initiative, ensuring successful adoption across the organization through proven change management methodologies. This role is essential for managing large-scale change programs and engaging stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management efforts for SAP S4 HANA implementations.
• Apply SAP Activate Methodology to drive successful transformation projects.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Develop and deliver change communications and training programs.
• Facilitate process adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in change management for large-scale SAP S4 HANA implementations or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
• Expertise in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change communications, process adoption, and training development.
