The Change Manager - Senior position at SPECTRAFORCE is a pivotal role within a best-in-class consumer digital servicing platform. This role is designed for an experienced change manager who will lead large programs or multiple cross-functional projects, overseeing a portfolio of initiatives that drive digital innovation and enhance user experience. The primary responsibility of the Change Manager is to serve as a credible expert and advisor in project and program management, ensuring that change management standards and best practices are developed and adhered to across the organization. In this role, the Change Manager will be directly involved in the Project Lightyear initiative, which focuses on updating the mobile banking platform. The individual will support customer communications and engagement strategies, potentially defining new roles, responsibilities, and teams to facilitate this transformation. The Change Manager will lead complex change initiatives, producing project charters in collaboration with business sponsors and stakeholders, and ensuring that all parties are aligned with the project goals. The position requires a proactive approach to deploying change tools that drive the adoption of new behaviors within the organization. The Change Manager will define milestones and deliverables for change plans, manage assignments to completion, and ensure that project outcomes are achieved while maximizing benefits. Additionally, the role involves developing and facilitating organizational change work, including change readiness assessments, communication development, talent management processes, and training initiatives. Timely identification and mitigation of risks and issues are critical components of this role, as is the establishment of methodologies and quality control processes.
