About the position

North Highland is the world's leading change and transformation consultancy, and we are currently seeking a Change Manager for a 9-month contract role supporting Pacific time zone business hours for a project based in Portland, OR. We prefer local candidates for this position. As a member of our Change Management team, you will play a crucial role in demystifying and leading change initiatives while activating talent communications for some of the best brands globally. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing an organizational change approach tailored to projects of varying complexity or program workstreams. This will involve utilizing a defined methodology that includes key components such as sponsorship, communications, training, reinforcement, and resistance management. You will also be tasked with developing and executing project plans, partnering with clients or project teams to mitigate resistance, and addressing sponsorship and communication issues. Building strong partnership relationships with manager and director-level client personnel will be essential, as will preparing and managing the delivery of high-quality deliverables. To be successful in this position, you should have 3-5 years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, or equivalent experience executing organizational change-related projects. Experience in organizational change management communication for a wide variety of audiences is also required. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is necessary, along with the ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interacting with professional staff, mid-level executives, and the community at large. Responsibilities

Requirements
