About the position

The Change Manager position is a contract role based in Plano, TX, with a duration of 6+ months. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an experienced project manager, directly managing the delivery of solutions. This role requires the ability to drive end-to-end delivery across large and complex project efforts, ensuring that all people, processes, and technology deliverables are managed on time and with high quality. The Change Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets and financials, typically ranging from $1-$5 million, and will own the monthly project forecasting deliverables. In this role, the Change Manager will provide project updates and lead discussions with senior Technology and Line of Business (LOB) partners. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and adjust the level of detail and messaging based on the audience. Strong competence with core project management tools and processes used within Global Technology is essential, particularly around enterprise change management requirements. This role will own all governance and updates across project execution and financials. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who requires minimal direction and takes ownership of assignments, driving them to completion while partnering with resources in a matrixed environment. This position is expected to work 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift schedule, and the work location is in-person at the specified address in Plano, TX.
