About the position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 24+ month contract position. The Change Manager will be responsible for consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. This role will contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables and will involve reviewing and analyzing moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Change Manager will also contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. In this position, the Change Manager will collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution and will be seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in the Secure Network Service Management organization. The role will involve performing analysis, reviewing data files, creating reporting, and supporting Change Management and Service Reliability functions for the organization. Additionally, the Change Manager will be responsible for creating documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.

Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
• Perform analysis, review data files, create reporting, and support Change Management and Service Reliability functions for the organization.
• Create documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Prior experience with support of Change Management/Major Incident/Problem management.
