About the position

The Change Manager position at Arch Insurance Group Inc. is a pivotal role that reports directly to the VP of Change Management within Strategic Portfolio Management. This role focuses on applying structured change management strategies using the Prosci® methodology to facilitate organizational transformation and culture change across various strategic initiatives. The Change Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders, conduct assessments, and develop change plans to ensure successful outcomes aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Apply a structured change management multidisciplinary approach for managing initiative-driven change, organizational transformation, and culture change across the Strategic portfolio of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the VP, Change Management on Change portfolio health and reporting.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change readiness assessment, and change measurement for Strategic initiatives, presenting actionable findings and updates to inform decision-making.
  • Create initiative-specific change plans in collaboration with initiative owners and project managers to drive the change execution plan.
  • Measure levels of awareness and adoption through pulse surveys/interviews and manage gaps through change mitigation plans.
  • Develop executive report outs for Change Impact assessments and Pulse Survey results.
  • Identify training requirements in coordination with HR - Learning & Development where appropriate.
  • Enable initiative teams (Business Sponsors, Initiative Owners, and Delivery teams) in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
  • Facilitate training activities, planning and executing all logistics necessary for training delivery.
  • Engage and empower all levels (executives, middle managers, individual contributors) within the organization throughout the change lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of organizational change management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Required Change Management certification: Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
  • Experience managing change and using business analysis to assess impacts of change.
  • Experience facilitating and delivering complex change management initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and presentation development skills.
  • Data analytic skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal/external partners in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to develop solid relationships with key stakeholders and build productive partnerships, interacting and engaging with Executive-level stakeholders.
  • Mature judgment, drive for results, pragmatic and problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Ability to gain 'buy-in' and influence without authority.
